Terms & Conditions
You will receive a full copy of our terms and conditions when you make a booking. The most important points to note are:
- To reserve a cottage, or if you have any questions, please either Email us at info@arundeltowncottages.co.uk or telephone on 01903 770362 or 07753 687 728, when we shall be delighted to be of assistance.
- We ask for £100 deposit, within 7 days of booking, to confirm your holiday booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Payments are by cheque and we would explain the arrangements at the time of booking, and provide you with the full Terms and Conditions.
- If you have to cancel your booking you are asked to telephone us as soon as possible on 01903 770362 or 07753 687 728.
- You are strongly recommended to take out your own personal insurance to cover against cancellation of the holiday, loss or theft of personal belongings whilst on holiday, and motor vehicle breakdown whilst travelling to or from your holiday.
- The Cottage will be ready for you from 4.30 pm on the start date of your holiday rental and we would ask you to leave by 10 am on the last day, so that we are able to prepare the property for the next guests.
- You must not allow more than 3 persons to occupy number 11 Bond Street, or 5 persons to occupy number 22 Bond Street, unless we have given prior approval, nor can you change the composition of the holiday rental party during your occupation of the cottage.
