22 Bond Street
The cottage has been modernised and furnished to a very high standard to ensure maximum comfort for our guests, yet keeping the best of the original features. It sleeps up to five in one double bedroom, one twin and one single bedroom. The cottage is on three levels. Like number 11, the stairs in the cottage are steep. The cottage is centrally heated.
Inside
Ground Floor:
- Comfortable lounge with combined digital TV, DVD player and CD player, music, films, books, games and maps.
- Modern fully equipped kitchen, including range cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine/tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Open stairs leading to:
First Floor:
- Bedroom 1 - Twin beds with wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table.
- Luxury bathroom with separate shower cubicle, large bath, bidet, WC and basin.
Enclosed staircase leading to:
Second Floor:
- Bedroom 2 - Double bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and TV, with a beautiful countryside view across Arundel out towards the Channel.
- Bedroom 3 is small but comfortable with a single bed, chest of drawers and hanging space.
- Cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
- All bedrooms are fully equipped with all linens, towels, alarm clocks, bedside lamps and hair dryers.
Outside
- Outside the front door, which is reached by steps from the road, there is a small patio area where you can sit and relax in the sunshine.
- Whilst the cottage does not have a garden, there is a lawn area to the rear of the cottage where it is possible to sit and relax in peace and quiet.
- There is roadside parking and additional space can normally be found close to the cottage.
