The cottage has been tastefully refurbished, offering high standards of comfort and convenience, whilst retaining many of the features of the period, including the steep stairs to the first floor and the traditionally low ceilings in the bedrooms.
It will comfortably accommodate three people in one double and one single bedroom both on the first floor. All linens and towels, as well as gas and electricity are included in the cost.
The cottage is centrally heated and constant hot water is available via a combi boiler.
Inside
Ground floor:
- The living room is fully equipped with a combined digital TV, DVD player and CD player, music, films, books, games and maps.
- The modern kitchen is fully fitted with a full size oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and dishwasher.
Closed stairs leading to:
First floor:
- Double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dressing table and alarm clock.
- Small single bedroom with views over the garden and the River Arun.
- Small but impressive shower room fitted with an electric razor socket.
- All bedrooms are fully equipped with all linens and bedding, towels, alarm clocks, bedside lamps and hair dryers.
Outside
- The terraced garden is secluded and quiet, and is well equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue.
- The garden faces south with views across the countryside, down to the Channel.
- Access to the garden is across a narrow private path that runs the length of the terrace.
- There is on road parking at the front of the cottage.
